Contact Arlo

You can reach Arlo four ways: email idan@arlo.sh for sales, support, and anything about the product; email privacy@arlo.sh for data-protection requests, deletion, and the sub-processor list; text or call +1 (407) 234-1884 to try Arlo itself; or open an issue from inside the product, where the run trace is already attached. Arlo is operated by Idan Mann, trading as Arlo, in Wyoming, United States.

How to reach us

Email the team

idan@arlo.shSales, support, bug reports, and anything about how Arlo works. It reaches the team directly — there is no ticket queue in between. If you need admin policy, roles, SSO, or audit export for a larger team, say so in the first line.

Privacy and data requests

privacy@arlo.shAccess, correction, deletion, and portability requests, questions about the sub-processor list, and anything covered by the Privacy Policy. Requests from people who do not use Arlo — participants in a call or meeting Arlo attended — go here too.

Text or call Arlo

+1 (407) 234-1884The fastest way to understand the product is to use it. Text this number in iMessage or SMS, or call it and talk to Arlo. There is nothing to install, and the first conversation is the demo.

Who operates Arlo

Arlo is operated by Idan Mann, a sole proprietor trading as “Arlo”, based in Wyoming, United States. For data-protection purposes, Idan Mann is the controller of the personal data described in the Privacy Policy — except for data about people who do not use Arlo, where the Arlo user who invited Arlo is the controller and Arlo acts on their behalf.

This is the Arlo at arlo.sh, an independent AI assistant company. It is not affiliated with Arlo Technologies, the home-security camera brand, or with any other company using the Arlo name. If you are looking for camera support, you want a different site.

Getting a faster answer

Two things make a reply quicker. First, say what you are trying to do rather than what you think the fix is — most questions about “can Arlo do X” are answered by the guides or the docs, and pointing you at the right one takes seconds. Second, if something went wrong inside a run, include the request or task id: every Arlo run keeps a full audit trace, and that id is what lets us read the exact trace instead of guessing from a description.

For anything commercial — admin policy, roles, SSO, audit export, or a larger rollout — put it in the first line and it goes straight to the person who can answer it.

For developers and agents

If you are integrating rather than asking, start with the docs: the OpenAPI 3.1 specification is published at arlo.sh/openapi.json, the unauthenticated public API is at arlo.sh/api/v1, and every public page on this site also serves clean Markdown if you send Accept: text/markdown.
