What changed in Pally
Pally's current pricing page lists direct WhatsApp messaging alongside iMessage, RCS and Telegram. Connecting your own WhatsApp account for help with existing chats is a separate capability.
Pally also has a paid Cloud Mac add-on. That is different from simply texting the assistant. Check whether your task needs access to your own message history or a computer running around the clock before comparing prices.
Its November 1–2 changelog describes improvements to delayed automations, message delivery and explanations of missing chat access. These are vendor-reported changes. They do not establish a measured success rate against another product.

Arlo: personal errands and work in the same assistant
Use Arlo when you want to hand off a business call, check a restaurant booking or coordinate plans with friends. It works through Messages, WhatsApp and Slack. Both personal tasks and work belong here.
Arlo can navigate phone menus and wait on hold. It checks when a request is unclear, would spend money or cannot be undone. You can inspect the audit trail. Your private conversations stay private by default; sharing with a team is a separate, authorized action.

Compare cost without assuming unlimited usage
Pally advertises free use with a limit that refills through the week. Its optional Cloud Mac costs $95 a month. The pricing page also lists Pally VIP, an invitation-only plan with higher limits at $1,000 a month or $10,000 a year. Confirm whether your workflow needs any paid option.
Arlo starts free within an allowance. Use Arlo pricing for current plans and call rates. Assistant usage is separate from a restaurant deposit, purchase or other merchant charge. We have not measured equivalent workloads across these products.
